Photoshop Corel Draw Translation Job

Hi everyone this will be a long term project. My company is looking for skilled photoshop editors with good taste. The only requirement for this job is that you can use photoshop to remove Japanese words and replace them with english words. Simple but sometimes can be hard to make sure you do not damage the background. We have done all the translations for all the files and need someone to sit down and do the editing without damaging the background. No knowledge of Japanese is required but it will be a great help. If you know Japanese and english you will be far more valuable to us and get paid more and get future projects easily but its not necessary. The files are .bmp. We want both a .bmp and .psd from each picture as the finished project. The files must be named exactly the same and the .bmp files must be saved in the same size format. There is a "Read Me" file attached to this post so read this first to understand all the goals etc. This current project has almost 400 pictures to edit and 3 levels of difficulty. But in total, we have over 3,000 pictures needed in the next 2 months so if you do well this could be a long term ongoing relationship. I will give the job based on cheap price but high quality. I have split the photoshop files into 3 levels of difficult. Advanced where you must remove japanese words and replace complex backgrounds. Intermediate where you need to fix some background damage and replace words. And easy, which has the most files, but is simply replacing the words on a simple background. Right now this post is just a job for the "Intermediate" portion of the project which has 75 files of varying difficulty. Later I will post the easy portion which has like 300 files. Please make sure to view the example translations first because it will show the Japanese/English before and after. Each folder has an Excel file in it with the translations based on file name which will be used for translations. To qualify for this project please read everything, ask me any questions, and do 1 or 2 pictures from the intermediate folder and show me you understand and know what you are doing. I repeat, you must show me some sample work by downloading the Zip file and doing a couple pictures from the Intermediate folder to be seriously considered.
