342021 Need company logo design

I need a logo for my new company that I might be starting. I would like to be able to be resize the image without loosing its quality, but I am not sure which format is best for this use. Please suggest the best native format to use, since I have several programs I can open them in. I would like an editable PNG file, JPG file and editable native file. I need this logo for the obvious reasons. I need to place this on all my paper stationary, business cards, web site (main use) and also on a large sign. I am guessing the format type may need to be an editable .ai or .psd file. I still need a .png file to work with and a .jpg. I am looking for a creative graphic designer to design a logo that will incorporate a theme around "people buying houses". I need a fresh design that will stand out and not appear to be the same as every other real estate agent. It will also include my domain name, but I don't think I am permitted to list it here. However, the domain name starts off like this and has the following characters in it. [login to view URL] I will need a slogan, but I will post more information concerning the company and it's purpose. Bare in mind that I may use the same designer to design the main landing page of my web site as well or maybe the entire web site. The logo shall be business like, but not dull. I prefer colors like sky blue and lime green, but not to many colors and I am not a fan of to much red. I am looking for something very unique, different and creative. I am open to anything, so this logo could just be decorative letters with art work. It can also contain a house or a person or something that gives the impression of a friendly transaction. Keep in mind I would like to have my domain name on the logo with a slogan. The slogan will be in small text and it will be very short. Example slogan: Buy with confidence. I know cheesy, but you get the idea. Unfortunately I do not have a huge budget for this right now, so if you work with me on the price I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to see samples of your past work, and would require a couple different mock designs of my logo before I select you...ALSO this could easily lead to more work in the future, be it graphics for myself or possible future clients.
