Lucrative opportunity for freelance graphic designers.

Hi I need a leaflet to be designed. It has to be designed double sided. I own a printing company so I am in search for a graphic designer who can do most of the designing work for my customers. I will pay you per every design you do. (In the future this may increase to a fixed salary), but because we have just started our company, and are still marketing it, jobs are very limited right now. I need a professional graphic designer who is well versed with Photoshop and any other major graphic designing software. The designs have to be suitable for printing, so ideally somebody with knowledge of the printing requirement settings would be useful, although its not an issue if you've never designed specifically for commercial printing. But parameters such as bleed size and artwork size should be known. At the moment my budget is $30 per leaflet design. THIS IS MY MAXIMUM budget. No bids greater than this will be considered. Also Please note that you are required to redesign the leaflet if the customer does not like it. However I will provide as much information as possible for you to design something according to their requirements. Unfortunately with the printing business, artwork is always revised and altered, so you will need to consider this.
