Design a web-forum and splice into HTML & CSs

Our website, [login to view URL] is looking to incorporate a private web-forum into the "Make it Happen" section of the stie. We are looking for a talented designer who can create the user interface, design and CSS/HTML for this forum. We want someone who understands usability and can design an effective forum that will help enable communication. Background Information: The "Make it Happen" section of the website is a place where people can publish their ideas, initiatives or causes and seek support from the public. People pledge their support by clicking the "Make it Happen" button and they effectively then become a part of the 'group'. Once part of the group, we want members to be able to easily communicate amongst each other via a private web-forum. The Job: We need someone to completely design this private web-forum. This means creating the user experience, mocking-up the design and then doing the CSS/HTML. Our -in-house developer will then integrate the web-forum into the rest of out site. It is important that you keep the design, look and feel consistent with the rest of our site and that you maintain the consistency of our colours and themes. We have done a brief mock-up to illustrate what this forum could look like. However, I want to stress that this mock-up should be used as a guide only. We want someone with talent who can put forward additional features and their own ideas. We want you to take this mock-up and make it much, much better. This means thinking about the user experience and what tools or features might make it easier to enable communication in this important part of the site.
