133150 Clone a layout + xhtml / html

Hello, Im starting a webmaster resource site and i really liked this layout: [login to view URL] coded here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want the same color scheme, i want the left menu to be on the right side and the logo to be on the right side and the ad on the left! I want all pictures with transparent view so everything is in order like with that site look at the source of it. The main logo text there is a cross there i don't want that nor the crosses all over the site! I don't just want to copy it, but i like the overall look and i want it to be UNIQUE and in the same style! After the site is done i want all the files with .psd including the logo of it so i can easy change stuff with it! PS: Own creativity is all ways welcome on ideas and everything! If you need any thing else, please ask? Thanks!
