Music Celebrity Fansite

We are in need of someone to design a fansite for an upcoming music artist. We have already secured/registered the domain name. We have all the info & HQ photos you may need in order to complete the job. We are familiar with web designing but don't have the time required to put forth what we really want our site to encompass: main page, photo gallery, guest book, twitter feed, bio [music artist], upcoming events/appearances, forum, news, videos, & a links section. I think I've covered all the basics. We want a layout/template that we can edit if we ever need to switch things around or change anything. We need help getting the site started, then we can take over from there. We are just a couple of fans, not associated with any company or entities but ourselves. That being said, we want this site to be totally AWESOME, but are also on a budget. :/ Please let us know what we can work out with you. Thanks ever so much! -D Sega
