Basic HTML/Site in 12 hours

Hello all, I have a basic HTML/CSS site designed in powerpoint page by page. I need someone to convert it to HTML/CSS with in 12 hours. I want this to be cross browser compatible and hand coded that follows web standards - I don't want a fudge job. You won't be paid for crap code. This is a REALLY simple site - just lots of pages (20) that look similar. Only complicated part is the navigation menu. It needs to be a CSS based drop down menu. I have a similar site that you can use to take bits from including the menu. Thanks all 1) No Time wasters 2) If not done within 12 hours, then no payment.
