73040 HTML Coder Needed (ongoing)

I need a GOOD HTML coder, to use home page as a base, trimm it down, and create a web page, which will be included in 3 template files (also html pages) as server side include. I may also ask you to some HTML code to javascript code, conversion tool is provided. The work is very simple. The 3 template files need some minimal modification. The work can be completed within one hour, or less. I'll be giving you clear instructions. You must be good at HTML, have your own host to verify SSI. You must have yahoo or MSN messenger so that I can communicate with you. I'm currently average 1-2 projects per week, so you'll have ongoing work every week.
