Need a Website Cloned

I need to get a website with the same function of this site, but a little different look though obviously… I will give you a drawing of what I would like the lay-out to be. Just need the same functions. It’s sort like a craigslist for students. [login to view URL] If this site could be done in Joomla or CMS, that would be great. Please only reply if you have Feedback, also I need examples of other clones you have done. This should be a quick and easy job for the right person.
