I need a google docs spreadsheet. I have included something I started and how I would like it to look. i need 3 sheets for 3 sales people. There are several features I want included such as: i want a condition where if the follow up date is more than 5 days old it will email that row if possible or the whole doc if need be to the person associated with that sheet as well as myself. also if "status" is on hold, sold, or completed then i do not want that emailed. when the"status" column is set to a selection I want the entire row to change color. I would like the following colors: new=yellow, quoted=orange, follow up =red, on hold = blue, sold=green, and completed=grey. also i would like to know how the info can be triggered. do i have to open the doc each time or can it be set to check the doc each day? Please let me know your thoughts and what the estimated cost and timeframe would be.

Hi, I am not able to access the file . It says "You need permission to access this item. You are signed in as , but you don't have permission to access this item. You can request access from the owner or choose a different account. Learn more". Can you provide it in excel spreadsheet form so that we can later turn that into GOOGLE DOC. Best Regards, Naveen

We can manage to send e-mail either that particular row as well as data to the whole sheet(not sheet as attachment, only data to that sheet) to the specified person. Yes, we can manage to change the color of that row on selection of value from the list we need minimam 10 days & maximum 15 days to complete
