Add attachments to a webform in vb.net

I want an existing form to also attach files to the results email. The form could have up to 4 files. there should also be error trapping performed in case files exceed 10mb in size or if no files are chosen to be uploaded. existing file is attached. Note this file uses a master file created in expresionweb 4.0 and must be compatible with those parameters at the end of the project.
