We are looking to hire a Personal Virtual Assistant for our family at $300/month, equivalent to $3600/year. We're on the lookout for a Personal Virtual Assistant who can seamlessly integrate into our family's routine, offering support across a mix of personal, business, financial, and task management areas. The right fit for us is someone who has solid experience in administrative roles, is comfortable with light bookkeeping, scheduling, and managing tasks, and knows their way around QuickBooks and YNAB. We value clear communication, respect for privacy, and someone who can manage various tasks with care and attention. Key Responsibilities: - Personal Budgeting with YNAB: Help manage our family's budgeting process using YNAB, including setting up budgets, tracking expenses, categorizing transactions, keeping us under budget and saving for our goals, and providing regular financial reports. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our family maintains financial health and meets our savings goals. - Financial Management: Manage and report on financial transactions in YNAB (~200 transactions monthly) and QuickBooks (~40 transactions per month across three accounts), which includes invoicing and expense tracking for both personal and business finances. - Task Management: Keep us on track with our personal errands and business projects, helping prioritize and manage our to-do lists. - Business and Administrative Support: Provide support where needed, whether it’s handling emails, preparing documents, or conducting research to keep our operations smooth. Requirements: - Experience in a Virtual Assistant role or similar, with a good track record in both personal and business domains. - Familiarity with QuickBooks and YNAB, capable of handling the specified transaction volumes. - Good organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize effectively. - Clear and effective communication skills. - A trustworthy approach to handling confidential information. - Able to work independently. - Reliable internet for remote work. - Experience with personal and financial information management. - Understanding of secure data handling practices. - Willingness to suggest improvements and solve problems as they arise.
