ASSISTANT EDITOR FOR SHORT FILM

Hi, in which programe your editor works? It´s kind of the most important information you didn´t mention ;-) I start to make my own short movie (I wrote the script, have the cast, now I just need to make some money ;-)) and I am very well educated in film media. Anyway, I just need to say one important thing. I saw the trailer, and well...don´t wanna be too critical here, but it´s not very good. If you want to be professional, you have to look professional. In this modern world, everybody can shot HD videos, everybody can edit it and everybody can realease a "movie". I believe you, taht the story is great, but the trailer didn´t make me wnat to watch it. Overly dramatic music, a very little of action and almost nothing about the story. Also the single cuts wern´t make very well (it NEEDS to be more rytmical, there HAS to be fade out, when its so sad/dramatic moment and the movements actors did have to be finished somehow or ended in the right moment or it seems like you didn´t even pay attention and just put some footage there). Also the slides with texts look very amateur. There is nothing wrong on white letters in Arial or some font like that. Much smaller, no effects at all (Tarantino´s are the only ones where it works and even there is not that much effects ). There could be fade in/out, there could be slow movement, but this looks like an intro for 80/90s PC games. Also the text pasages are too long. Hi, I saw your trailer. It seems to be interesting. I would like to be part of this film as its assistant editor. I don't have and imdb link etc that you mentioned. I am a filmmaker based in India abd passionate about filmmaking. There is nothing in my life except filmmaking. So do consider me for this job as i can bet you won't find a more passionate editor than me. But i can edit only in Adobe premiere. Do let me know if I can help you :)

Hello! I saw the trailer and have some comments. 1)I don't like titles: the look very simple, font and effects 2) screen at the end of video "Diamonds" - also looks cheap 3)scene 1:35 and 1:39 - they are differet colors - i think it's a mistake, it's confusing. I thikn i can help you in editind. Also can do some color correction. Work in Davinci, Premiere, After Effects I've been recording a video, creating a video, creating promotional videos, over 4 years. I do rely on my experience, creativity, thoroughness and always leave the customer satisfied.
