I need the desktop, tablet, and mobile header layout fixed for an opencart theme. The theme uses bootstrap to create the layouts, so it shouldn't be difficult if you understand the bootstrap well. I've attached images of the current design and the one I want it changed to. I would like the cart functionality to remain, ie when you hover over the cart or tap it it shows the contents. The phone and email links are an editable menu in the journal 2 theme admin, and I would like them to still remain editable.
