Twilio experienced PHP dev from Eastern Europe (work in real time / long term)

I have mostly setup the Twilio account already but need here/there help to understand the thing fully and be able to continue developing. I would need you for 1-2h per day and probably need 5-10 days in total. I will do homework between days. We'll be using Chrome remote desktop, TeamViewer, [login to view URL] or whatever so you see my screen and can instruct me. First tasks Get Twilio working in my Android and Windows (Zopier or whatever you suggest) Possible to either have calls/sms via SIP or if needed forward to my landline voice calls and SMSes want to get into PHP code into variables as I have a code to send them then via webhook to our MatterMost chat. Possible to switch on [login to view URL] when needed depending on the caller country/city. Eg. if from London then say a but if from germany then b. Set up number extensions and forward calls to different SIP/phone numbers depending on the extension. If you have experience in [login to view URL] then that would be and advantage!!! Please let me know what is your hourly rate and when you would have time to start? If you feel that you’re not comfortable to teach then you don't need to teach - just do your job and no pressure - nobody is perfect so if you work slow and google some help sometimes how to do and if things don't work first time immediately best and you need to fix issues then no problem. I will leave max positive feedback anyway if you're afraid about that.
