Besides, I got the IELTS test with an 7.5 in 4 years ago, also I used to take Japanese examination (JLPT) with score is an 165 in level N2 since 2018. I think with my these languages abilities, it can help me to fit your description. I have over 2 years experience translating English to Japanese, also I don't use any programs and I am making really manual translation.
