Create Architectural Models that are 3D Printable

We are looking for 3D modelers who can create hi-resolution, detailed models of the interior and exterior of homes. The models will be based on 3D files, blueprints, or photographs that we will provide. The objective is to create a model that is 3D printable. We will provide some guidelines, instruction and feedback on how to make the model 3D printable. Skills: - Experienced in Maya, 3DS Max Design, Blender, or equivalent - Create photorealistic 3D models (no cartoon or animation) - Ability to model architecture—both interior and exterior based on 3D files, blueprints, and/or photographs or drawings. Model Requirements: - Photorealistic model (no animation/cartoon models) - Some models might be in monochrome - Delivered in a VRML, FBX or OBJ file format - Must meet requirements listed in provided document so it is 3D printable. - Model must have accurate dimensions based on provided blueprints. Please see the example file of Mountain Home. This is an example of a 3D printed architectural model. Because we are creating architectural 3D models that we can then 3D print, the designer may be required to make multiple revisions as we test the printability of the model. We will pay $100 for each model. We are looking to build a relationship with a good designer to create more models in the future. If you are interested, please provide a sample model.
