Model scene with a glass tree + Emanating light effect

The scene should be composited from: 1. 3d glass tree according to provided 2d shape, see: [login to view URL] 2. light emanating from the tree, see: [login to view URL] 3. sample background image on a plane, see: [login to view URL] Examples of glass trees: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] But both this examples have real 3d trees, with the branches and roots extending into all directions (x/y/z). In the contrast, this tree should have all branches and roots "laying" on one layer(x/y) - with only thickness extending to "z". The model should fit into the provided shape. Emanating light effect: create an effect for the tree, so it looks like there is an emanating neon-light from inside the tubes (branches, roots,..). see attached color scheme, where in the tree should be light of what color. the light should be on both sides of the tree, in contrast with the provided image. Output: - two rendered 2d images 4096 x 4096 (one with emanating light, one without it) - source scene (model, materials, effects, ...) preferably for "Blender" Notes: - also some reflection cube map will be probably needed - the refraction should be set up, so that the background image/layer can be changed. - the model will be used for rendering an artwork (no need for speed optimizations, e.g. low polygons...)
