Away3D or PV3D work required

Looking for a Flash 3D designer to replicate the effects found on this microsite: [login to view URL] In particular, need a short sequence which resembles how the dots behave on this site, as well as the interaction between user's cursor and the dots. The final "dot image" will not be a car but will be something simpler like a sphere.
