-Sales cycle is how the conversation go between the sales agent and the customer from the start of the call to the end with all different steps of building up a good rapport, creating a need of the product to the customer and the whole selling procedure.
-Handling rebuttals differs from an issue to the other, but you have to always listen to the customer and understand why they are not interested in order to create a need of the product to them.
-Unlocked phones mean that they could be used for multiple networks. However, if the phone is locked it means that it could only work with the network it was purchased from.
