I am writing to apply for the position as Call Center Lead and Trainer. I have almost 9 years of experience in the BPO industry under the Training and Quality Management. The role is very appealing to me, and I believe that my strong background makes me a highly competitive candidate for this position. I am looking for long term project that I could work on, when I saw the job opening I knew that it was the perfect opportunity to offer my training and quality skills. I handled different accounts such as Healthcare (Medicare, Medicaid, Back Brace, Diabetic Management etc.), Education (Career Advisor), Telecommunication (Comcast, Timewarner, Cox etc.) Publishing campaigns and many others. Last job post I handled was Quality Assurance Manager, a work from home position for 4 years wherein I handled different centers in the US and in Cebu Philippines. I also handled Lead Generation campaigns wherein I program scripts, load call leads, test scripts and test calls. Aside from that I also do remote training via GoToMeeting should there be any new managers on board. I am a fast learner, open to challenges and opportunities.
