Hello, I am Prasanna Kumar, Chief Operating Officer at ISofttek Inc. I am presently seeking freelance Bench Sales Recruiters.

*Important Note: Applicants are requested to apply only if they possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

We offer flexible working hours and operate on a 100% commission-based structure of USD 600 per candidate palced (will be paid in single installments).

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve a favorable conversion ratio for submissions into interviews and placements.

2. Proficiently engage with Marketing Bench Consultants.

3. Submit candidates for suitable positions and follow up with vendors via phone on rates and client interviews.

4. Essential requirement: Excellent communication skills.

5. Market consultants through various channels such as social media, profile postings on portals, etc.

6. Thorough understanding of bench sales and resource marketing.

7. Market consultant resumes with diverse skill sets, primarily focusing on C2C placements.

8. Comprehensive understanding of USA visas (H1, L1, H4EAD, GC, Citizen) and tax policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bench Sales Recruiter with 5+ years of experience.

- In-depth knowledge of the bench sales cycle.

- Strong communication skills.

- Familiarity with USA visa policies is a must.

- Possess an extensive database of vendors (please include a list of top vendors in your resume for our reference, including prime vendors).

- Established relationships with prime vendors.

- Ability to recruit, market, and sell for CTC/1099/W2/full-time positions.

- Proficient knowledge of USA tax terms.

- Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates through various channels, including job portals, sub-vendors, referrals, and social networking.

- Direct contacts with T1 vendors or implementation partners and the ability to establish new relationships with vendors.

- Proven initiative to thrive in a high-volume recruiting environment.

- Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc.

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.

- Capability to successfully manage multiple client/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions simultaneously.

- Recruiting tools experience is a plus.
