Philippines - Telemarketer/Telesales/Sales Agent/Cold Calling

We are a Car Tire Wholesaler looking for an excellent telemarketer to contact businesses by phone, and email. The job will entail cold calling businesses and introducing our products and the advantages over our competition in Metro Manila. You don't need to go to the location, you can work from home. We do not give upfront payment as this is a commission based work. Clients must purchase a minimum of 10 tires. You will get a 3% commission every sale you make (that's around Php 430 - Php 500 for 10 tires) . We sell an average of 100 tires for medium-sized new accounts. That's estimated to range from Php 4,300 to Php 7,000 per 100 tires. Because our business sells car tires as our only product, the contractor should have at least a basic understanding car tires. The contractor should be able learn the "mildly" technical aspects of our products to assist in making calls. All your sales will be computed at the end of the month. You will be paid on the first week of the succeeding month. Long term jobs await those who excel in this field. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS The contractor must posses the following: - Works towards clear sales targets. - Have a good "telephone voice". - Have excellent communication skills - Fluent in Tagalog - Practice great customer service. - Have excellent telephone etiquette. - Is courteous and respectful. - Have previous Account Management/telemarketing and cold calling experience. - Be able to learn mildly about car tires - Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision - Be available to make outgoing calls during Canada business hours. - Have a quiet environment from which to make calls.
