I also work faster than second language speakers or newby technical writers, so my price is a bargain. (I generally get $45 USD per hour and up when I work on premesis. I have extensive experience in every kind of writing, especially technical (20+ years senior techwriter) , academic and informational and entertainment. I do all my own writing, unlike some jobbers who artificially inflate their stats, and I have personally written and average of 500,000 words per year for the past 15 years, including documentation, how-to, creative non-fiction, textbooks, academic papers at all levels on many subjects, creative web content, informative web content, copy-writing, SEO articles, fiction, scripts for TV, Radio, podcasts and film, BLOGS, and training manuals. I teach writing part time. I do not work cheaply, but I work fast and my deliverables are always excellent. My price varies according to the required research and the level of writing. Hello. I'm a US-based technical writer. I've written many software user guides, from very simple user interface tutorials to code-intensive API guides. I have a background in CAD and 3-D modeling and am familiar with programs such as SolidWorks and 3D-Tool, plus several others. I'm adept with all tools of the trade including Word and RoboHelp.
