need a in depth proxmox expert with tons of experience in - multiuser environment - multi OS environment - (software) RAID configuration with zfs, lvm - networking with routing, VLANs and distributed switching - proxmox cluster setup - ceph cluster - automated snapshotting and backups (daily and each week and each month) - deduplication optimizations - monitoring of disks only very experienced Admins with proxmox required!!! An interview will be mandatory for proof of your expertise level with and the interview admin which has over 20y of experience. So do not try to oversell yourself! Be honest, better to know what the lack of expertise you have over trying to sell something which you cannot deliver Budget? place your best bid, we do not like to haggle. I have done significant work with proxmox, including setting them up from scratch. Depending on your needs there's several ways I can set it up. For networking, I know how to set them up with either basic bridging or with eVPN w/ VXLAN if the rest of the network supports it. For storage, I've done LVM, ZFS, NFS, and CEPH (both internal and external).
