Hi! If I understood it right, you've been using logosoft's workforce management tool. If you can provide some technical documentation on the way they generate their .dbs file, then I can extract and convert it to .csv. The problem is that every .dbs file depends on the database used, in this case it might be something specific to Logosoft. And without that information, it's like shooting arrows in the dark.
