I read your requirements, and I can design the Expert Advisor as specified. Please note, it cannot be an indicator because trades cannot be opened from indicators. I will scan all pairs (as configured in Marketwatch) based on the user configured time-frame. It will then alert when the condition is met and proceed based on user action (e.g. open chart, place trade etc). I have a question - What happens if user is away from the terminal and the EA displays the message box (waiting for the user to click Ok, Yes, No etc) ?
