I need a passenger counter to be installed on a bus. There are already several counters out there, but we need that at the same time that counts, can read a qr code that can be presented to the camera at any time. A raspberry can be used with a Raspberry Pi Noir V2 8mp camera with Opencv, Python and Raspbian. Since you will be on a bus, you must have filters so that the count is not false and contains shade or other movements. It is necessary to send all this data to a webservice, in json format every x minutes. In json there must be the barrier that was crossed, if from the doorway, from the entrance to the passenger aisle ... and in what sense. The webservice I'll do, I just need to be sent json per post. And whenever there is a count, you will need to take a photo of the moment and send it to the server.
