Multi-Pronged C++ Project

I am a stock and currency trader who always looks for ways to even the playing field against larger institutions. As such, I need my current tool repaired. It stopped consistently retrieving data and after I migrated it to Windows 10 from Windows 7 after a computer crash. On the other hand, the predictor works so well when data are retrieved properly that I want it replicated for the forex market. So, I will need two predictors returned- 1) my repaired stock price predictor and 2) a brand new forex pair price predictor. The first step of the project is to fix the data retrieval function associated with my stock price predictor. It worked properly until being migrated to Windows 10. Now, it occasionally omits a period or two that should be analyzed. I also want a switch of data feeds for the stock price predictor- most likely to ActiveTick . The stock predictor currently uses Google data, but it has been inaccurate a few times over the years and cost me money in some trades. Next, I want the software cloned (I own all rights) and adjusted for making predictions for forex currency pairs. This task will entail shifting the time frame being analyzed, extending five places beyond the decimal for prices, and connecting the forex price predictor ActiveTick's data feed. An additional task for the new forex predictor will be to retrieve in real-time the open, high, low, and closing prices of 3 defined time frames for any two currency pairs I might choose to be analyzed. This step in necessary for the predictor's algorithm. So, it must be programmed. Those are my needs in a nutshell. I'll provide more details to the best available programmer/engineer willing to take on the project.
