This project has three components:
1. Build an online form at our website ([login to view URL]) that collects information from the applicants who apply for our membership online. IIUSA admin should be able to change the contents at the form on the admin panel (please refer to project component #3).
2. Automatically integrate the applicants' data with our cloud-based CRM ([login to view URL]) and online invoicing system ([login to view URL]) through custom API.
3. Add a new feature to the admin panel at our online portal ([login to view URL]), which is operated by Drupal CMS. This new feature should allow IIUSA to manage the online form, change the configuration about how the data integrate with our CRM and online invoicing system, set up email notifications based on certain trigger, and approve/decline member applications.

This project is time-sensitive. Please provide how soon you can complete this project at your bid.
This is the first stage of our membership management IT overhaul. This final product of this project should be compatible to extend or add more functions as needed at the future development(s).
The developers who can deliver a satisfied product for this project will continue being hired for the future developments.
