Develop a First, Next and Best Fit gui java program for Operating System

I need you to develop a gui system showing the first fit, next fit and best fit operating system how it works. the system must run together along all three stages showing the timer for each stage, check attachments about the design i already have the code so i only need to build the gui part so i think it will be an easy task if ur expert in gui and c++ and java and i guess from 10 to 30 dollars is good enough for such project. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Java. more discussion will be held with the chosen freelancer and i want this project finished today maximum. Thank you
