573712 Non profit website autism fund raising site

Need a little 3 page website for my sons fund raising 3 pages would concise of a me page for news and events, 2 small simple shopping carts to sell donation cards and also stickers and other items needs to be very simple, also would like a comment box where people can leave comments kind of like Facebook where they can leave comments so others can like or comment as well. Maybe they can sign up for email blasts.. Please remember this is a very low budget project but for a good cause.
