Real Estate Virtual Assistant (USA)

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Freelance Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate business in the USA. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong background in assisting with various tasks, including social media management, graphic design, data entry, and has experience in dealing with buyers and closing deals within the U.S. real estate market. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in streamlining our operations, enhancing our online presence, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our brand presence. Regularly post updates, engage with our audience, and manage inquiries across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for online content, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring they align with our brand identity. Data Entry and Management: Efficiently organize and update our databases with property listings, client information, and transaction records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Client Interaction: Assist in communicating with potential and current clients, scheduling appointments, and providing information on properties and deals. Deal Assistance: Support the team in finding buyers and facilitating real estate transactions, including preparing necessary documentation and following up on contracts. Market Research: Conduct research on the U.S. real estate market trends, property listings, and potential investment opportunities to support decision-making processes. Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and property showings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within the U.S. real estate sector. Strong experience in social media management and graphic design, with a portfolio of previous work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Experience in dealing with real estate buyers and knowledge of transaction processes and documentation. High proficiency in data entry and management, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and graphic design tools. A solid understanding of the U.S. real estate market and current trends. Work Conditions: This is a freelance, remote position with a flexible schedule. However, candidates must be able to accommodate client and team meetings across different time zones when necessary.
