Web Developer to integrate web design into Artist Magnet

We're looking to hire a coder who has expertise in integrating web designs onto web pages on heroku for Artist Magnet, a new social network for Theatre people (this is being coded with Ruby). There is also a task of fixing a print page setting. Notes: In order to work with us: * You must be open-minded and must be okay working for diverse, progressive people. * Communication is a must; you need to have reliable internet and audio/video sharing capabilities and be available for Gotomeeting conferences to talk through the challenges of the tasks. * You must meet the deadlines that are given to you, or if you cannot meet them, you must communicate that in advance so that you can be given an extension. * We cannot increase the milestone in the middle of the project - you must complete the assignment for the flat rate of the milestone provided at the beginning of the assignment. So you must ask all your questions at the beginning to make sure you have a complete understanding of all the work required and the time it will take you beforehand, so you can decide if you can do the entire assignment for the flat rate provided before you start working. Of course, if we make new decisions that cause more work during the course of the assignment, we will increase your compensation accordingly. * After you submit your deliverables, you will be given rounds of notes, and must make all the changes, then save the code on our repositories on Github, before receiving your milestone. * You must have knowledge of, or at least an interest in, Theatre in the United States.
