Automatic marking and fixing bad digital footage.

Inspect footage and find mistakes - mark them - human [on our side] will go over the mark ups and fix the miatakes. This could work in two ways: 1. Inspect the raw footage files [avi, mp4 or flv] and providing an xml file with unnumbered markers that can be imported into adobe premiere. 2. Using the monitor windows inside adobe premiere to inspect, find and mark up mistakes with unnumbered markers, after which a live person will amend the mistakes. This stage will also be a good beta stage to create a sensitive threshold that can distinguish between bad footage and good footage and prevent false positives. B. Go though a video file [avi, mp4 or flv] - or utilize the monitor in Adobe premiere and fix the problem either via xml or inside Adobe premiere. We can provide examples of bad footage in the format of Avi or mp4 or flv files as much as needed for the following mistakes: - strolling - camera resting - field of view blocking (head, back, full person) - out of focus - camera shaking - camera goes to the ceiling or floor - black frames [meaning no picture present at all] More important information: 1. When I say "In adobe premiere" I mean that it can happen either really when the software is open [just need to enable me to fine tune where the monitor screen since it differs from computer to computer] or it can be done via adobe premiere xml [which is equivalent to apple`s final cut xml] - which basically tells premiere what to do with the raw footage and where to place it. 2. Format of footage that needs to be inspected: AVI, MP4, FLV. 3. I do not need any special designed GUI. plane buttons will suffice. this programme should be for internal use only.**
