Template Site

Small design firm in need of a designer/programmer than can take a website template that we purchased and design & code it to function like a site like [login to view URL] or dreamtemplate.com. Designer/Coder needs to edit design of template so that it looks and functions like a template site. Freelancer must create backend so that user can upload templates, name file, add keywords to describe template type so that template can be indexed in search function of site and be viewable to site visitors. All templates contain the same file structure, there are thumbnails with images in each template. Designer/Coder must make the site in such a way that when viewer is viewing the site when they hover over a template thumbnail it makes image come forward and appear larger. Also there should be a button under each image that gives the option to view, when that option is selected they are taken to a page to show a larger image of the template with the option to download complete zip file of the template. Designer will be given 2 templates to see the structure of template and from there create a backend where we can easily upload templates so that they are indexed and viewable online. This job is very important and we do not want to waste time with designers or programmers who are not familiar with this, you need to already know a solution for this job and have excellent design and coding skills.
