Sales Representative needed to join a start up

Needs to hire 6 Freelancers Our company has been in the market for 3 years now we projects in Europe, the US and Africa. We are a business development consulting company. We are looking to recruit people as excited about sales and looking at offering our services to more clients as well as helping out with existing projects. Requirements : - passionate about sales - Speaking at least 2 langues (French, Arabic, Spanish, English) - Experience in sales (at least 2 years) - Positive attitude - Go getter - Closer Details : - This is a home based job although some meetings and training can be set in the long term - It is a 3 months project commission based only and out of the recruits, the best ones will be offered a full time position depending on results - We wil be providing with training on the services - You will be selling 2-3 services and support with some on-going projects - Commissions are paid when client pays. You are responsile for the invoicing and payment collection Responsabilities : * Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and drive. * Looking for leads and contact them directly * Work from lead generation to order closure. * Understand and communicate customer expectations effectively * Support on some projects with meeting organisation and follow up . You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: 1) what excited you with sales? 2) what sales experience do you have? 3) what is your forte : emailing, cold calls, face to face? 4) have you sold services before? 5) when you get rejected what do you do?
