Job Description
Athandz is an outsourcing company focusing on Knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) based in Sri Lanka servicing clients in both Europe and the United States.
We are hiring an independent commission only contractor/freelancer as a Business to Business Sales Professional to represent our company services. We are seeking a motivated, professional sales representative with verifiable business-to-business, corporate-level sales experience and success. The ideal person will have a strong work ethic, consultative selling ability, exceptional organizational / time management skills, and a sincere desire to advance their career in sales. This is a ground floor opportunity and commission structure is aggressive and will include significant bonuses. The potential is great for both financial and professional growth in this fast paced commission only position
Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for initiating the sales process, obtaining and managing prospect lists, and generating qualified leads to grow our business. Leads will then be followed up aggressively to close the deal successfully.
2. Your target prospects will be C-level and mid-level executives at national companies spanning several industry lines to include medical facilities, hospitality, consultancy firms, government entities etc.
3. Managing the sales cycle including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
4. Following up on new leads
5. Achieving monthly sales targets
6. Understanding a new prospects’ needs and effectively communicating how athandz will meet those needs
7. Analyse existing customer base for cross-selling/up-selling opportunities
8. Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
9. Prioritizing opportunities and applying appropriate resources
10. Work with people in different locations to assist with the sale
Skills:
-Must be aggressive when making tele-sales and take initiative
-Need to connect with the Sri Lanka Head Office. Therefore ability to adapt to different time zones to complete tasks
-Knowledge of standard sales procedures, practices and techniques
-Obvious passion & people skills
-Proficient in Excel/Outlook /Word/PowerPoint
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Should be a team player with excellent communication skills
-Prior tele-sales experience is a preferred
-BSC. Degree or working experience
