Sheeps and Goats Auction

An auction script (PHP&MYSQL) is required. It should allow visitors to register in order to offer and to bid. The main page should show latest offers, preferred offers, and a list of main categories. Each sellers should have his own panel to control his offers. Each Bidder should be able to see his list of bids and be notified of any changes. Also a rating system should be in place for rating sellers and buyers. Comment to each offer should be in place. Ads for Adsence and Affiliates should be included. A main control panel to control the whole site should be in place.
