We are in need of a Zoho developer with IT capabilities to help us integrate a database with Zoho CRM. The job requires a one-way connection between Zoho CRM and the database portal using update APIs. Essentially, here is the problem description: 1. We have 2 types of Accounts in CRM - Companies (further sub-divided into Customers and Prospects) and Funds 2. Some of the fields for the Accounts module is taken from a 3rd party database called Private Circle 3. Private Circle has developed a Rest API to access their data for us 4. We need to connect our ZohoCRM to Private Circle using API so that any update in these fields in Private Circle’s data gets automatically updated in the CRM and any new addition of a Company or Fund in Private Circle gets created as an account automatically in the CRM I am attaching a document that will give you some more details.
