There is no formal architecture program, and you will be responsible for building the program from ground up. You have been asked to create data architecture program charter and present it to leadership across the organization. What will you plan to achieve in first 100 days of the job? How the operating model (EA Class) of the ABC organization will impact its data architecture? What organizational hierarchy is appropriate for successful implementation of data architecture program? What would be the roles and responsibilities of personnel involved in this program? Which business unit should lead the effort for the data architecture? Should it be part of IT department?
