Going Global Your company is looking to expand and continue to grow, and they need you to develop and IP structure that is well thought out and mindful of their continued growth. Now the organization is up to 200 employees and believes they will be up to 350 within the next year. At least one third of the employees have laptops and travel quite often. They are also considering changing all the telephones to VoIP, but would like you to provide an explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of doing so. Based on this information, you are to come up with a proposal for an IP scheme, which includes static, or DHCP or the possibility of both, proper IP Class assignment and all other IP considerations for a global company. Please provide a 2 to 4 page double-spaced proposal that analyzes the choice to go with VoIP or not. NEED DONE IN 24 HOURS IN PROPER APA STYLE.
