Build me a room and remodel

I have three projects I need a graphic artist to create. 1st is creating a room above the living room. We would need to create a door upstairs and two arch windows without glass for the exterior part of the room. I want to build a full extended closet no doors with three sections. Standard shelving, box shelves, and a two hanger closet. See the pictures and diagram. I also want two skylights from the ceiling and recess lighting from the ceiling. The rear wall is a hip wall. You will see in the pictures. Under the room the ceiling for the living room will have recess lighting. One option will have wooden beams. I would like both options. 2nd project is converting the kitchen countertops to granite. I will attach a picture. We will add a cabinet to the left side of the counter and extend the granite over. New faucet, new oven range. The cabinets will be painted white. The floors will be a mocha color vinyl tile. 3rd project is converting the bathroom in a full glass top to bottom shower. See picture. We are extending the wall on the left side 1.6' from the end of the door as opened. We are adding an inverted nitch open shelves for linens left side. The shower would be extended as well. Add a new toilet and double sink white vanity. The tiles in the shower will be something like the picture.
