Build 3D floor plan from images and 2D floor plan with dimensions

We're a home furnishing startup and this is one of many trial models we'll need converted. If we like your work and price point, you'll be gladly hired for a stream of future projects.
We need floor plan of the attached house(floor plan attached with images) modeled in 3D with textures of walls and windows.
We DON'T need any furniture/accessories added to the model.
But we do need the floor plan with kitchen slabs and bathroom sink, bath tub, closet. (Basically everything that comes with the home, when it's built, and nothing more)
You can reference the model home here for texture reference. I'm happy as long as the texture of walls/windows/door frame roughly looks similar. The file format of submission will be fbx model with embedded texture.
If you've done something similar in the past ping me an example or two (prefer to see a texture embedded fbx model file). That will save us both some time and make my decision to hire you easier :)
It is critical that the model is built in the correct scale that the floor plan specifies.
