PSD converted to HTML for email (3)

I need to get a PSD file converted into a HTML file that I can give to a supplier who is going to send it via Mailchimp to his mailing list. It needs to looks exactly the same. It should be 600px wide and should use no external CSS as it will be sent as an email. The images should not be embedded. All buttons must have text overlaid on an image so it is visible/readable even when there is no image displayed. All the button and pictures should link to this URL "[login to view URL]" and should have unique parameters "?utm_source=email&utm_campaign=L4L27Sep&utm_medium=[Please name this appropriately for each link]". All images should have alternative text that corresponds to the image in case the image is not displayed. Also I need All images in web formats (png, gif, jpg) File size less than 1MB (as small as possible) The .html file should include the required *|UNSUB|* tag for the bottom unsubscribe feature I need this done within the next couple hours.
