I want a site where the properties/apartments will be listed. The site that i want is like the [login to view URL] . ( Not the same or duplication of it, its given here for refrence only.) The site should have following features: 1) I (Admin) can add the property to the site through a simple way. The property should get listed on the site accordingly as per the specified criteria. 2) All the properties should be searched by their location, Area, Price, Rating etc. (Same as in the above mentioned site: home page- top left (search here) ). 3) I can place advertisements on the right, left, bottom & at top of the page. 4) Instant messanger to be integrated in the site.
