I need a motion detecting device which has a moving part and moves (both lateral and longitudinal) according the moving object with the following criteria: 1. detecting area should be in the form of cone with maximum length being 10mts 2. should be compact with maximum thickness of 40mm (length and height can be negotiated) 3. the moving part should be able to withstand a weight of another 250gr 4. should make a prototype of the concept and send it to us. 5. it should be as less expensive as possible with decent quality 6. the design should be robust.
