I am looking to develop a web service thru you, that will extract palm lines from palm images and provide a data set containing value on each of the lines extracted (Length, thickness etc.,) and will have intelligent checks to reject if the image is not a palm. the images cold normally be selfies captured from ones mobile for both back & Frontal sides of palms for both the hands. The web service need to run on Windows current breed of server and should be accessed only programmatically under a secured control. The palm images will available in any format of choice and will be for both the hands including front & back. For the frontal side, the extracted dataset is required for FInger length, elevation, thickness etc., and for the back side of the palm the info will of all the lines at the main palm area. The output of the service will be the properties of the palm as extracted by the module like Length, size of fingers, line extracts etc., that will be provided in XML tagged value. Final deliverables will be source code in C# with a simple documentation on the use of the service by other programs etc., Expecting this to be done a shortest possible time and with great accuracy on the interpreted values.
