I will provide a nice webbased system for these requirements. It can even be deployed on cloud (AWS). I will use Java technology to develop the server side services. UI will be developbed by suing HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS. MySQL database will be used. I have developed multiple custom applications. I can demo you my previous work.
