I am looking for a executive personal assistant to keep me more organized by maintaining both personal and business daily calendars along with someone who gets to know me and is not a "yes" man/woman. One has to be stern with schedule and my long work hours and not letting me text or email with out prior proofing as my texts and emails tend not to make any sense as I am 5 steps ahead and everything is shorthand. I have anywhere from 3 to 7 projects going on at one time/... I am closing on partnerships and ownership in several company's as we speak. with several others on the way... I need a project manager for us to push all this on to so that I don't miss the details in the deals, every time I seem to hand off a deal people tend not to give the same care and service as I do and they don't pay attention to the whole picture or the lay down I hand to them because I work like 10 people in one. I deal with clients all around the world and that means that time zones and calls can be any time during a 24hr period. Because of time zones and days there is not a set schedule or days of the week. because everything can be done via phone and computer/tablet, this can be done anywhere and being in control of my schedules and emails and texts one can see when there time is best taken off... I try to answer every call I can have it forward to ensure NO VOICEMAILS --- people like the fact that no matter what time it is I will answer my phone as it sits next to me as I nap... maybe 3 to 4 hrs a sleep a days some times just naps for 1 to 2 hrs here or there. I am married and have 2 children wife 43 daughter 13 son 10 I have come upon a merger that has allowed me to look for a personal executive assistant and together find a project manager who can handle several projects at a time and will also need to find a full time house asst. and driver for myself. I will be purchasing Jet Charter Service for 50 trips a year both foreign and domestic. my assistant will become my closest dearest savior that will be rewarded contractual and blessed with more as you will see as I complete the rest of this.
